• Care is taken to ensure the product descriptions are correct. Be aware we cannot guarantee the colours are exact representations of the actual colour. Colour setting of monitors/devices can vary. Light settings of the images taken can also vary. 
• Some products are handmade and so there may be slight variation between each product.
• You have the right to cancel your order. If the order has already been dispatched it is not possible for us to stop the post of the order at that point. You can return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
• To place an order on this website you must: Be over 18, Have valid payment accepted by us and enter all your details correctly including full name, email address and any other information requested at the point of sale.
• By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
• Whilst we strive to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time frame, occasionally problems may arise during dispatch and delivery which may result in a delay to your delivery.
• We strive to keep the stock levels up to date. If a product is ordered that is out of stock we will notify you within 5 working days and provide a refund. 
• By placing an order you agree that Find & Keep’s liability under any legal theory or claim is limited to the price actually paid to Find & Keep for the product.
• Payment for orders must be made at the time of sale.
• By making a payment you authorise Find & Keep to submit information to Stripe, the payment provider that we use for credit card authorisation.
• Be aware prices are subject to change. This will not affect orders already placed at the previous amount.
• We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
• Promotional codes and sale offers are not for resale. Codes must be used for personal orders. Any orders that we consider to be commercial will be excluded.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• All information, contents, images are the property of Find & Keep.
• We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All major credit and debit cards accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• By placing an order you agree that we will share your address, email or telephone number with postal services. We currently use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver parcels.
• Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
